Other details about the student are also monitored so that the system becomes more user-friendly There two ways in which the app will function. The first one is through the web. In this the application is installed on the phone. To use it, you load the application just like the normal web page in the phone and it will display a form where you enter the studentââ¬â¢s details for example the admission number, level of study and name then you submit. This can be made possible by interconnecting the app program with the school website or it can be stand alone. The other methods that the application can work are through the mobile phone features like the SMS and the MMS. For this to work you agree with the network providers in that particular region such that they facilitate the connection. The parent just composes an SMS containing the details of the student and sent to a specific number.
